Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation (PBPN)

Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation (PBPN) is one of 566 federal-recognized American Indian tribes in the United States.  Originally from the Great Lakes area, the PBP people were forcibly relocated to northeastern Kansas, approximately 50 miles from the University of Kansas - Lawrence.  The PBP people have a  complex tribal history, and have long valued education in different forms.  The CRELI scholar and staff collaborate with the administrators, educators, and families at the PBPN Early Childhood Center.

Little Nations Academic Center (LNAC)

Little Nations Academic Center (LNAC) is a preschool program on the campus of Haskell Indian Nations University, the only federally-charted university in the United States for American Indian/Alaska Native people.  The young students at Little Nations Academic Center are the children of Haskell Indian Nations University students.  The CRELI scholar and staff collaborates with administrators, educators, and families at Little Nations Academic Center.
